The programmatic layout of the building consists of 7 seperate dwellings placed above 4 commercial volumes that have been located on the entry level and an underground carpark.
The building can be said to have taken a form that carries on the traces and imprints of the contours and shapes inherent to the subject parcel, such as the overall vertical trapezoid site geometry and the retrieved topographic lines. Two regular prisms that have been leaned to the two longer edges of the site come together with an irregular prism derived from the natural contours of site.
This minimal intervention to the natural slope has also manifested as a design decision for site entries, the underground carpark is entered from the area under the ramp that has been strategically placed to take advantage of the higher ground level.
