The campus of Nigde University is located on Nigde-Bor road and at the south-west of the city center. The site of the project is located at the south of the inside campus vehicle road and at the north-east of the campus.

The building has been designed within the 80m/50m constrcution area. The brut height of the floors is 4.50m, since there is 4 floor levels plus the extentions and the skylight the heith of the building reaches 20.50 m. The entrance level ±0.00 is binded to the site 1199,424 level.
The main entrance of the building is from the west side. Moreover a service entrance for the service, material provision and transportation is provided from the east side. The cafe kitchen, different mechanical spaces, depos and the load lift are connected from this access. Opening to the north-west and the south-east, courtyards substructed from the building mass have been provided to give access to natural airation and daylight. Extending through two floors, these substracted courtyards, transform into inner light voids in the third and fourth floors. These abstracted volumes provide the verticality of light and air circulation. The cafeteria is located at the entrance level opening to the south courtyard and gets connected to the 7 meter width pedestrian path located at the south of the building.
The 3rd and 4th floor act as a single mass and rotates above the lower mass with an angle of 4 degrees to the south direction. These two levels break the monumental effect, and differentiate from the other two with the light voids and the different educational functions. The main structure has been designed as concrete and has been dividen into a 6 x 12 m grid system.
